Solution capability
Substation Works
Engineered end to end.
11 kV and 33 kV substations for factories, government buildings and residential communities, built and commissioned by our own electrical and civil teams.
In plain words
Your own substation, done properly.
When a factory expands, a government campus adds buildings or a gated community gets its full occupancy, the load quickly goes beyond a regular LT connection. You need your own substation: an HT connection from the DISCOM, a transformer, switchgear and LT panels, all built to the rules and approved before it is switched on.
Our own teams do the full job. We prepare the load details and drawings, file with the DISCOM and Electrical Inspectorate (CEIG), cast the transformer and panel plinths, erect the transformer with crane support, install the VCB or RMU, HT and LT cabling, earthing and fencing, and test everything before charging. We work for factories, government departments and institutions, and apartment and villa communities across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Who needs their own substation?
Usually any site whose load is more than what a normal LT connection allows. In practice that means factories, large commercial and government campuses, and apartment or villa communities with many flats. The DISCOM decides the exact limit for your connection.
Which approvals are needed for a substation?
Typically the DISCOM's approval for the HT connection and the Electrical Inspectorate (CEIG) approval and inspection before the substation is energised. We prepare the drawings and documents and attend the inspection with you.
Do you do the civil work for the substation as well?
Yes. Transformer and panel plinths, cable trenches, earth pits, fencing and the yard finish are done by our own civil team, planned together with the electrical work.
Can you handle the transformer delivery and erection?
Yes. We coordinate dispatch from the manufacturer, unloading and crane erection on the plinth, followed by oil and insulation checks before testing.
