Safety, Compliance & Commissioning
Engineered end to end.
Verify that installed systems meet the approved design intent and relevant requirements.
In plain words
Switched on is not the same as safe.
A charger that switches on is not necessarily a charger that is safe. Commissioning is where we prove the installation is right (earthing, protection settings, insulation) and that every charger works with a real vehicle, before your users plug in.
We test the complete system against the approved design, record the results, and hand them over in a commissioning pack. Where the Electrical Inspectorate (CEIG) or DISCOM needs to inspect the installation, we prepare the documents and attend the inspection with you.

Questions
Frequently asked.
What tests are done before handover?
Typically insulation resistance, earth resistance, protection and RCD checks, phase and polarity checks, and a live charging test on each charger. The results are recorded, not just ticked off.
What is in the handover pack?
Test records, as-built drawings, charger details and serial numbers, and basic operating guidance for your team, so whoever runs the site later knows exactly what is installed.
Is electrical inspector approval always needed?
It depends on the voltage, the capacity and your state’s rules. Larger installations generally need Electrical Inspectorate approval before they are switched on. We check this for your site during design, so it doesn’t become a last-minute delay.
