Support infrastructure performance after handover through planned and responsive maintenance.

In plain words

Keep chargers running after switch-on.

A charger that’s down costs you customers, drivers or residents’ goodwill. Most faults are small, like a loose connection, a tripped breaker or a network issue, but they need someone who knows the site to fix them quickly.

After switch-on, we offer an annual maintenance contract (AMC) for the sites we install. It covers scheduled preventive checks on the chargers and the electrical system, plus breakdown visits. The charger itself is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; the AMC takes care of everything around it.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What does an AMC cover?

Scheduled preventive maintenance of the chargers and the electrical installation we built, plus breakdown visits. The exact visit frequency and response time are agreed in the contract for your site.

Isn’t the charger already under warranty?

Yes. The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in the charger. It doesn’t cover routine cleaning, cable and connector wear, panel checks, earthing or other site issues. That’s what the AMC is for.

When should the AMC start?

Ideally from the day of handover, so the first preventive visit happens while everything is new and any early issues are caught while the warranty is still running.
