Factories and warehouses are adding EV charging for staff vehicles, material-handling equipment and trucks that come in every day. The challenge is adding this load to a running plant without disturbing production or the existing electrical system.
We work inside operating plants: checking spare capacity on your HT and LT system, keeping shutdowns to the minimum, and installing transformers, panels and chargers to your plant’s own safety rules. Everything is tested and documented before handover, so your maintenance team knows exactly what has been added.

Can charging be added without a plant shutdown?
Most of the work can be done while the plant keeps running. The final connection to your main panel may need a short planned shutdown, which we schedule with your team well in advance.
Do you follow our site’s safety permits?
Yes. We work under your permit-to-work system, PPE requirements and induction rules from day one.
Do you build substations for factories?
Yes. Our own teams build 11 kV and 33 kV substations for factories: transformer, VCB or RMU, HT and LT panels, cabling, earthing and the civil works, with DISCOM and CEIG approvals. See our substation works page.
